• We are registered with Shrewsbury and Atcham Borough Council Environmental Health Department.  
  

• All staff are fully trained in Health and Safety Practices.

• Food Hygiene Certificates for all Employees and Proprietors are display throughout the unit.

• Our staff wear Burgundy Uniforms and Chef’s Whites.

• We are members of NCASS (Nationwide Caterers Association)

• We fully maintain Food/Fridge/Freezer Temperature Logs – Available for inspection at all events, together with HACCP Risk Assessment.

• Our Gas Safety Inspection is conducted annually.  Certificates available for inspection at all events.
